As a new patient, I was unsure how things would go. From the minute I stepped to the desk to check in, I felt more comfortable. The gentleman that confirmed my appointment was very nice and engaging. The nurse (Cinnamon) called me within 10 minutes, and she too was very engaging. The doctor (James Ballard) was attentive to my needs and very professional. My entire experience was outstanding. My original appointment was in February, but I was informed of an earlier appointment. This was a blessing itself. A+ service start to finish. Thank you!
